Meet the founder
Charlene Delia
Charlene is passionate about helping her clients live their brand and intentionally cascade it to the world. Her unique combination of a B.A. in Marketing and a Master's Degree in Social Work, Charlene is convinced that a company's success is driven by a leaders' self-reflection, a cohesive team, and a set of systems that align with the company vision.

Charlene's wide array of business experience ranges from growing multimillion dollar regions for a Fortune 500 company while leading multiple award-winning teams, serving as the Vice President of a boutique recruiting & HR firm, and co-owning a bakery with her husband where she oversees all sales, marketing, media, and executive functions.

Being a family business owner, working in Corporate America, and having many years of experience in both B2B and B2C sales and operations gives her a diverse perspective to relate to, empathize, and truly connect with her clients.
